Owner/Technical Director
Oli is a company founder and our Tech Director. He's worked in technical leadership roles for many years and has 15+ years experience as a developer. Oli leads the development team and provides high level technical expertise and guidance to all of our clients. Outside of work he can be found throwing himself down mountains on his bike or crafting something in his workshop.
Owner/Business Development Director
Pete N. is another of the founding team and is our Business Development and Operations Director. He works across new business, resource scheduling and project management. Pete's worked in the tech industry for over 10 years helping people and companies to grow.
Owner/Tech Lead
Pete T. is one of the founding team and our Tech Lead. Prior to switching direction into coding he had a varied career including being a teacher and head of music in an inner London school, touring Europe with a drone-folk band and writing music for film and TV.
Developer
Charlotte is one of our talented full stack developers. She is a lover of the outdoors and hiking - founder and organiser of Bristol Hiker Girls. Charlotte changed careers from university teaching and research (arts) and private tutoring (maths) into the tech industry.
Senior Developer
Kye is our Senior Developer here. He leads on many of our larger projects and drives forward our agile processes. When not helping our clients to realise their aims, Kye can mostly be found shouting 'Fore!' whilst his golf ball flies into the rough.
Developer
Ellie works across a number of areas including design, UX and development. We've found that having a designer who is also a developer is invaluable, and clients benefit hugely from her expertise. Outside of work, Ellie is a keen composer and is almost always glued to her sketchbook.
Developer
Harry is one of our core development team. As with all of our developers he works across all aspects of a project; from requirements gathering and planning to build and deployment. When not writing code, Harry can be found hitting the trails on his mountain bike, or exploring the South West Coastal Path on foot.
